"Sunshine is the new standard in Louisiana. It applies to lobbyists, lawmakers, and science instruction. Love it or leave it, it's the law. Academic inquiry is welcome in Louisiana. If that offends someone who isn't interesting in accountability and a marketplace of ideas, perhaps they really should go somewhere else."
